In 2009, we incorporated the half-built tourism area in Mersin Ayaş town on 17.000 m2. Our project work for this area is still ongoing. We are planning to open the most beautiful and largest 5-star tourism area worthy of Mersin as soon as possible. In December 2010, we acquired Barbarossa Club & Hotel located in Mersin Kızkalesi Town, and with this investment, we showed that we are an employer and permanent in the tourism sector. Barbarossa Club & Hotel was renovated from top to bottom within 5 months and started to serve in May 2011.

The 4-star Barbarossa Club & Hotel operates with many social facilities for winter and summer tourism, with 106 rooms and 248 bedded rooms on an area of 10,000 m2. Honorary President of Çaaş Group and President of Kızkalesi Tourism Association, HÜSEYİN CALISKAN; It makes great contributions to both Kızkalesi and Mersin tourism with its promotions and beautifications. Barbarossa Club & Hotel is the largest tourism facility in Kızkalesi Town with the highest bed capacity.
