The Gemelos 20 apartments are part of a residential complex located in the center of the Levante Beach area, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and pubs all nearby. On the main Europa Avenue, five minutes walk to the center of Benidorm and only 450m to the beach. The complex has two buildings with 29 floors each, built 2001, with spacious common areas, including solarium and garden, 3 lifts per building, indoor parking (subject to availability), 24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children. The apartments have either 1 Bedroom (total 55m2) or 2 Bedrooms ( total 75m2). They have a large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beach (450m away). The living room is equipped with a plasma television ( international channels at an extra charge), air conditioning and heating. Wifi is also available at an extra charge. the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron. Safety deposit box. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly. The check in time to the apartments is at 17 hours (earlier if available) and the check out is at 10 hours. Check out can be extended until 20 hours with a supplement (whenever possible). FREE Pets are allowed up to 5 kilos. FREE Cot available until 2 years. They are subject to availability and only confirmed on arrival. Damage deposit is paid by card. One week before arrival hotel will send a link from the BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for the payment of the deposit. The refund will be made to the same credit card charged no later than 7 days after departure, if there were no incidents. Photo ID for all guests must be presented upon check-in. if you arrive out of office hours , you must present your ID at BENINTER the next day.
