The Villa is situated in rustic district of the town and within walking distance to city centre. The Villa consists of two levels. The ground floor with direct access to the outdoor terrace , living room, dining area, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender,coffee and tea making facilities . The outdoor area features a garden, swimming pool with sun terrace , sunbeds , a BBQ area and parking garage. Three bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the ground floor and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first floor. The master bedroom (upper floor ) and one bedroom (ground floor ) are equipped with double beds and ceiling fan. The two bedrooms (ground floor ) provide three single beds and are equipped with A/C .
