The new apartment complex Balcon del Mar is situated above the Amadores valley and 2,5 km from the beach. 350 m from the resort centre and 4 km from Puerto Rico. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of stairs and slopes, some building works nearby and local traffic. Within the complex facilities include 2 swimming pools (one of them heated/22 degrees), sun terrace, pool bar, mini market, reception with limited opening hours, laundry and internet access in the reception area (extra charge). The apartments have bathroom/shower and kitchenette with basic equipment, fridge, microwave, cooking rings and coffee maker. Living room, telephone, TV, one or two bedrooms and balcony/terrace.
