The hotel is located just 5 minutes from the historical centre of the city. Located within a yacht club, it has an excellent view of the bay from La Paz. The beaches at Balandra and Tecolote are around 20 minutes' drive away.||The hotel, which was renovated in 2010 and offers a total of 89 rooms, has the Dinghy Dock restaurant located in front of the property with a great ocean view, the Perico Loco sports bar, a café, rooms for special events, a tobacconist and wireless Internet access in all areas of hotel. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the rooms. Room service, a laundry service and a car park are also available.||The rooms feature 2 double beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, Internet access and a desk with chair. The en suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.||The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's swimming area, and a hot tub. Parasols are provided. There is a spa with massage and spa treatments on offer (for a fee). Surfing is available, and the hotel also has a tennis court.||Breakfast is served daily. Lunch is offered as a buffet or à la carte, while dinner is available as a set menu or à la carte.
