The Vista Real Apartments consists of two Andalusian-style buildings located in the Urbanization La Alcadeisa, 7 km away from Sotogrande and 9 km away from La Linea de la Concepcion. There are several golf courses in the surrounded area such as Almenara, Sotogrande, La Duquesa and La Cañada, as well as in the area there are other great beaches, such as Sotogrande and Santa Margarita. The nearest airport is in Jerez de la Frontera, approximately 100 km from the property. The facilities and services include reception, breakfast room, bar, outdoor pools for adults and children, sun terraces and gardens. All apartments are equipped with A/C, TV, complimentary internet access, safe, bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge and crockery and cutlery. One-bedroom apartments: bedroom with double bed, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. Capacity: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Two-bedroom apartment: two bedrooms with double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and terrace. Capacity: 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children. Two-bedroom penthouse and Two-bedroom apartment with garden: two bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and sun terrace or private garden. Capacity: 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children. The apartments are cleaned twice a week with change of towels (No kitchen cleaning). Linen once per week. The complex also has parking facilities (1 parking space per apartament, subject to availability). *Important: No reception 24 hours!. Late arrival must be indicated on the reservation.
