Hotel facilities include 24h reception, A/C in common areas, bars, restaurant, car parking (extra charge), elevator/lift, Free Wi-Fi, Laundry services (extra charge), meeting and events spaces, pool, Fitness center, terrace, Rooftop pool (open from June till September - subject to weather conditions), shops and room service (from 7h till 23h).

The hotel is located within the range of the environmental restrictions of MADRID 360.
In order to avoid being fined, it is compulsory to have a B, C, Eco or 0 sticker in your car and park in a car park.
Please note that the hotel don't have own parking, the following options are recommended: If during the stay the guest do not plan to move the car from the car park, the hotel can offer the following car parks (with charge) between 11-24 hours:
1) Parking EMT Pedro Zerolo (113 public parking places) – located in Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, s/n.
2) Parking EMT Plaza España (800 parking places) – located in S/N Plaza de España. Guest should park the car, take the ticket and before checking out from the hotel, request the reception to stamp it. The stamped ticket has to be delivered to the security gatehouse for them to open the doors. Kindly take note that these car parks do not accept prior reservations. If the guest prefer to make a booking before arrival, this can be done at www.aparcaelcoche.com.
Among all the car parks (with charge) offered, the closest is Parking Barco 1, located at Calle Barco 1. It is recommended that guest stop the vehicle momentarily on Calle de Chinchilla to leave their bags before heading to preferred parking.
