Aparthotel Citadines Strasbourg Kléber has a bar, breakfast room, elevator, self-service launderette, laundry/dry-cleaning services, safe deposit boxes at the reception, Internet access and parking.
**The reception is open on weekdays from 07:00 hrs till 00:30 hrs. People arriving after reception has closed must telephone reception in advance to know the security code for admission to the building and the procedure for picking up the key.**
Each studio and apartment has a bathroom with a hairdryer, a separate toilet, equipped separate kitchen area (stove, microwave, toaster, fridge and dishwasher), iron & ironing board, HiFi-system, satellite TV, telephone, Internet access and safe deposit box.
- Cleaning and change of sheets/towels in the apartments 1 day/week (only for stays of 7 nights or more).
- Beds are made only for the arrivals.
- Extra cleaning and change of towels/sheets is available for extra fee (on request from reception).
- For stays of less than 7 nights cleaning service is only for extra fee (to be paid directly in the hotel).
- An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (200 EUR); deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.
