Omschrijving
This hotel is located in the historic centre of the city of Puebla de los Angeles, a few steps away from the famous Amparo Museum and a couple of blocks from the Zocalo (main square), the cathedral and the main tourist attractions, such as the old neighbourhood of Sapos, an area filled with antique shops.||The hotel was built in 1900, on the site of an old, 18th century house. In 2002 the building was remodelled and transformed into what the hotel is today, maintaining the baroque architectural features and preserving the original pool and beams pervaded with so many dreams and mysticism. The hotel keeps the building's original style, while combining it with contemporary elements and a minimalist decoration, which uses wood, aluminum and crystal to create eclectic and unique spaces. The big building has always been used as a residence. The hotel has a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and public WLAN Internet access. Guests can relax in the bar or café and dine in the hotel restaurant. Room and laundry services are provided for an additional fee, whilst guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the undercover parking garage. The hotel offers a total of 13 suites.||The suites are dedicated to the women who never stopped dreaming. This is why they carry the names of the most important women in the field of the arts and those who have in some way influenced Mexican culture. All feature beautiful minimalist decor, highlighted by wood and aluminum furnishings, and they all feature special details and phrases on the walls relating to the lives of those artists. All rooms have a double or king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating, as well as ceiling fans, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and Internet access, feature in all rooms as standard.
