This hotel is located in Monterrey city centre, only about 30 minutes from Mariano Escobedo International Airport and some 2 km from the Cintermex exhibition centre. Shopping amenities and connections to the tram system can be found in the immediate vicinity, and an art museum is also located just around the corner.||The modern hotel comprises a total of 393 spacious rooms (of which 65 are singles, two are suites, and two are disability-friendly rooms), spread across two buildings. The air-conditioned complex features a fire safety system, a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a bar, a restaurants, conference rooms, and secure parking. Also available is a tobacconist, a taxi service, a car hire service, and a 24-hour medical emergency service. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's business centre with photocopier, fax, printer, and PC, and there is a public Internet connection for all. Moreover, there is room and laundry service, a dry-cleaning service, child supervision, and the hotel is partially disability-friendly.||The air-conditioned rooms all come with a satellite/ cable TV with pay TV, a direct dial telephone, and a work area with an Internet connection. In addition, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a vanity mirror, and magnetic key cards are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.||There is a heated outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool and both sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use in the hotel grounds. Alongside a gym with weights and cardiovascular equipment, spa treatments such as massages, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam bath are also available.||Guests may order a continental breakfast or help themselves to the breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner may be selected from the à la carte menu or alternatively chosen from the set menu. Alongside international dishes, there is a bar with a wide-ranging selection. Bed & Breakfast stays may be booked.
