The apartment services include air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the public area and elevator.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette, coffee/tea maker, fridge, microwave and bathroom with hairdryer.
* Clients will have only 1 cleaning / change of bed linen and towels during the entire stay.
(Final/departure cleaning - Included).
NOTE:
**Daily cleaning: On request, free of charge.
**Change towels: Consult policy in the establishment.
** Sheet change: every 6 days.
Please be informed that there is no reception at the establishment, so check-in is done online or at the physical reception located at Gran Vía Nº 47, open 24 hours a day.
Please note that the property reserves the right to request a damage deposit , which will be returned within 7 days of the departure date, if there are no incidents. Normally it will be requested in cash or blocking the credit card.
