The COVID-19 antigen test is free for members and guests staying at the resorts, it is one-time only. Policy valid until July 17, 2021. Fees apply for the PCR test. All Guests receive 2 Free tickets per room to the Cancun Mayan Museum. Book now through December 31st 2021 and travel now through December 31st, 2022. The Royal Cancun is located on the shores of Mujeres Bay in the heart of the hotel zone, ten minutes driving distance from shopping malls, nightclubs and golf courses. Resort amenities include two outdoor pools, children's pool, children’s playground, restaurant La Palapa, tennis courts, activities program, pool bars, beauty salon, fitness gym, convenience store, car rental, wireless internet access in lobby (charges may apply) golf program with discounted rates at several local courses, and a shuttle bus service to four sister resorts, Hacienda Sisal and Captain’s Cove restaurants. There is a sports desk offering tennis gear, snorkeling equipment, bikes, volleyballs, golf clubs, sailboats, beach towels and board games (charges may apply). The apartments feature air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace with deck furniture, TV, DVD player and sound system, TV and phones in the bedrooms, in-room safe, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note that for guests’ stays crossing a Saturday night a room move might be required. Should this be the case, our management team will assist our guests in order to make this an uneventful process. At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants Early departure policy: No refunds will be given for any cancellation or modification made after check-in. For European Plan reservations, maid service is provided every day except on Sundays and legal Mexican holidays. For All Inclusive reservations, daily maid service is provided. COVID-19 TRAVEL INFORMATION: COVID-19 antigen and PCR tests are available at the Resorts starting January 23.
