The Villa is located in the centre of Mallorca, close to Sineu and 20 km from the closes beach. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are in Ariañy, situated 2,5 km. away and the Mallorca airport is approximately 40 km. from the villa. The Villa has 6 bedrooms all of them have twin beds, living room with TV and DVD player and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. It also has a utility area with washing machine. Some of the bedrooms have A/C. The outside facilities include outdoor pool, garden, sun terrace with barbecue, sun beds and sun shades and a covered dining area/terrace.
